CUSTOMER PROFILE: The Red Cat Jazz Festival is the Red Cat Jazz Preservation Society's largest fund raiser. The Jazz Festival started in 2009 as a 1-day festival drawing 1,800 people. Now in 2015, the festival has achieved a 7x increase in attendance since their inaugural year, stretching four days with 45,000 attendees daily. The music festival has cemented itself into the DNA of Galveston Island's biggest, baddest music festival, attracting big names in jazz, blues and zydeco music from Al Jarreau and Kirk Whalum to Jonathan Butler and Mindi Abair.
The Red Cat Preservation Society, the creative minds behind Red Cat Jazz Festival, wanted to tap into the latest technologies to create the best-possible experience for their fans.
The Red Cat team approached Pagegirl101 Solutions to help integrating ticketing and payments into a new festival app, redesign the website to expand ticket access to make things easy for tech-savvy attendees.
The Red Cat team also wanted to offer guests multiple ways to access their tickets with technology, including their Festival app on mobile phones.
SOLUTIONS: Our team rose to the challenge by offering... using a built-in community of ticket buyers and their friends through their free newly designed top-ranking mobile app and promotional tools, including search/directory, social sharing and notification tools, and curated event recommendations.
Since working with Pagegirl101 the Festival’s attendance-base has grown and they have added additional corporate relationships.

CUSTOMER PROFILE: Headquartered in Houston, Bee Busy Wellness Center (BBWC) is a 501(c) (3) organization that was incorporated in August 2009 to provide primary health care services to medically underserved individuals in Houston focusing on the Southwest communties. As a newly Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the Bee Busy Wellness Center has a mission to increase access to quality, comprehensive primary and preventive health care while providing education and access to resources to improve the overall health of undeserved populations. Bee Busy Wellness Center came to Pagegirl101 Solutions because of its desire to rebrand and begin to attract patients from outside its immediate market area.
CHALLENGE: Boost emotional attachment to, and market share for Bee Busy Wellness Center. To create a new kind of (more personal and meaningful) relationship with women, their families and the community at-large. Create relationships with community stakeholders, places of worship, schools, colleges and universities.
We used consumer insights to revitalize the brand strategy, architecture, and identity for Bee Busy Wellness Center, one of Houston’s newest FQHC community health care centers.
SOLUTIONS: Our team rose to the challenge by creating a new...
1) logo design... that encompasses the three service divisions Bee Busy Wellness Center offers: health care, dental care and mental health services. Clearly distinguished by the three colors chosen: Blue for Healthcare, Green for Dental Care and Orange for Mental Health.
2) contemporary website... that features vibrant colors and newly designed graphics and that will enhance the updated registration process for patients. A resource section as well as new photo galleries were added to provide more services and interactive opportunities for visitors and families. The updated site will also highlights social media integration, to help
3) brand identity... we redesigned the Center’s brand identity, including their window as you walk into their facility, the logo, all marketing materials, stationery system, fundraising brochures, and push cards.
4) public relation plan... by including MyBBWC founders on-air community talk show to increase the frequency of positive stories about Bee Busy Wellness Center, the Co-Founders and Board of Directors. Have key leadership participate on-air community talk shows.
5) target network branding... by building new strategic partnerships and then leveraging partnerships through introductions to new revenue streams, community outreach and new partnerships.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE: Jonathan Bender Foundation wanted to build a collaborative Health & Fitness Expo that was first class, unique, and dazzling enough to lure the top athletes, vendors and organization with like minded interest building a healthier lifestyle for attendees.

Pagegirl101 Solutions began by developing a target list of local health and nutritional companies, organization and other like minded non-profits. The list needed to be highly selective to reflect the focus of the event.
How our team rose to the challenge :
Well over 300 guests showed up the day of the event. Three members of the press, including a highly sought-after ESP sports reporter, were among that number.
Pagegirl101 secured interactive workout stations that included; Strength Training, Boxing, Skating, Football and Basketball. Also included a nutritional chef to provide and create a menu of healthy meal ideas.

A successful conference would generate excitement, enhance relationships and lay the foundation for building more business in the future.
Pagegirl101 served as event coordinator and provided overall management of event branding, operations, social media, videography, event strategies for NBRPA-Houston All-Star Weeken that took place across four (4) days in 8 locations across Houston, TX. Pagegirl101 worked closely with the client on all aspects of the pre-event work which included all supplier management, transport and logistics, entertainment, food and beverage, budget management and bill handling/payments. We also managed the event on site, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Post-event, Pagegirl101 handled any remaining bill payments and reconciled all costs.

In an effort to explore and discuss the future of new and emerging technologies, NLV International, created an organization to hold networking events each year to bring the best minds together.
The newly formed US-Brazil Energy Forum was initially designed to facilitate dialogue between the U.S. and Brazilian governments and their high-level executives in the Oil & Gas industry. The challenge was to create an annual event that would kick-start the OTC weekend and attract local and foreign investors to strengthening the economic and commercial relationship between the two countries. While generate excitement, enhance relationships and lay the foundation for building more business in the future.
The Business Issue:
US-Brazil Energy Forum wanted a event that was first class, unique, and dazzling enough to lure the top executives in the Oil & Gas industry to network and build connections with the leading OG experts in the world.
We created a “Private Palaver”, meetings which allows registered attendees to pre-schedule private meetings through an online platform with their most suitable counterparts.
